Due to industry restrictions, alternative asset managers are only allowed to source capital from corporations, institutional investors, and accredited investors. Using blockchain, we can store customer information in a secure, decentralized repository, and ensure that information on clients is validated in a trustworthy manner.

Once we have enough clients leveraging TransferNext’s services, and these clients have enough of their investors providing capital via the blockchain network, we intend to create a community platform to help connect investors and money managers. Fund mangers will be able to broadcast to a certified community of accredited investors and institutions that they are fundraising, and showcase their performance to attract new money. At the same time, investors will be able to browse, compare, and invest in new opportunities seamlessly.
